• "Account": The user account created by the User to access the Service

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must not share your password with anyone and you acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities on your account.

3.3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may use the service with the consent of your legal guardian.

4. Use of Service

4.1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. This license is valid provided you comply with these Terms of Use.

4.2. Acceptable Use

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually according to your chosen plan. Automatic renewal is enabled by default.

5.3. Refund Policy

Full refunds are provided for new subscriptions cancelled within the 14-day trial period. Payments made after the trial period are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Cliqefit's Rights

The Service and its content are the intellectual property of Cliqefit and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

6.2. User Content

All rights to the content you upload to the Service belong to you. However, you agree to grant a limited license necessary for providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2. Liability Limit

Cliqefit cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees you have paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

8.1. By User

You may close your account at any time. Closure takes effect immediately and no refund is provided for the remaining subscription period.

8.2. By Cliqefit

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. You will be notified when significant changes are made. Continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the changes.
